As the controller of your personal data, we act responsibly, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and national legislation. Access to personal data is only allowed to authorised employees and contract processors, to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the smooth implementation of work processes, the provision of company services and the fulfillment of rights and obligations arising from contractual relationships with the customer. With appropriate data security measures, we ensure that unauthorised persons do not access personal data, we maintain their confidentiality and integrity and prevent their loss or accidental destruction during processing.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS

-          FUNFOOD Ltd. processes personal data of individuals, customers (potential customers and customers) within and for the purpose of implementing contracts, also for the purpose of concluding contracts, in the negotiation phase, inquiries of individuals and creating offers, changing contracts and possible assertion of material defects or liability under a warranty with the seller. The types of personal data processed on this legal basis are defined in contracts or accession forms to the general terms and conditions, forms for inquiry and preparation of an offer, and are narrowed down to the minimum scope of data necessary to achieve the purpose of the agreement.

-          FUNFOOD Ltd. also processes personal data of individuals, customers, based on a legal legal basis:

  • The Act on the prevention of money laundering and financing terrorism for the purpose of conveying the personal data of individuals who fall into the obligation to report to the Office for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, and based on other international agreements, EU regulations and national laws that require FUNFOOD Ltd. to, in certain cases, provide personal data of individuals to state authorities and other controllers to fulfill their or their legal obligations or powers,
  • Personal Data Protection Act: possibility of implementing video surveillance at and in the premises of the company FUNFOOD Ltd..

In these cases, the types of personal data processed are determined by law.

FUNFOOD Ltd., based on consent, sends customers notifications about benefits, news, promotional and other activities, or e-news. Receivers of e-news gave their consent when they registered for receiving e-news.

USERS OF PERSONAL DATA AND POSSIBLE TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

We do not share personal data with other companies and we do not transfer them to third countries.

INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS

An individual can request access, completion, correction, blocking or restriction of processing or deletion of personal data, object to the processing of data that are processed in relation to him, and request data transfer.

An individual can revoke their given consent to the processing of personal data at any time, permanently or temporarily, in whole or in part, with a written request sent to the address: FUNFOOD, Ltd., Dankovci 32a, 9202 Mačkovci, or by electronic mail at the address infoslo@baloni.eu. The revocation takes effect on the next day after its receipt. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its revocation.

Individual has the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of RS if he believes that his personal data is being stored or otherwise processed in violation of the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data.

 RETENTION PERIODS FOR PERSONAL DATA

FUNFOOD will process personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and for as long as necessary to achieve the pursued goal, if obtained on the basis of consent, it will respect the individual's ability to revoke it.

So, it processes personal data until the purpose is fulfilled or within the limitation periods for obligations that could arise from the processing of these personal data, especially when the processing of personal data is necessary within the conclusion or execution of a contract, except in cases where the retention period of personal data is mandated by law. In the latter cases, FUNFOOD Ltd. keeps the data in accordance with the legal mandate.
