REGULATION
on the implementation of Regulation (EU) on the provision of food information to consumers Article 3(labeling of allergens in non-prepacked foods intended for final consumers, and in public catering establishments) (1) In accordance with point (b) of the first paragraph and the second paragraph of Article 44 of Regulation 1169/2011/EU, the data on allergens from Annex II to Regulation 1169/2011/EU must be indicated on the food label, directly next to the food to which they apply, or in a consolidated form at the places where non-prepacked foods are presented (e.g. catalogue).
The allergen indication must be in a prominent place, unambiguous, readable, indelible and must not be overshadowed by any other text or visual material. (2) Regardless of the previous paragraph, allergens in foods sold in public catering establishments must be listed at least in one of the places where the meal offer is presented (e.g. menu, board, poster, screen). In accordance with Article 3 of the Regulation on the implementation of Regulation (EU) on the provision of food information to consumers, we have marked allergens in our dishes from 13.12.2014. Allergens are marked with numbers from 1 to 14 and are presented in the table below.

The number preceding the allergen listed below indicates the allergen in the product, or the possibility of traces of allergen in the product. In case of severe allergies, please consult with serving staff!
